西班牙位于欧洲西南部伊比利亚半岛。北濒比斯开湾，西邻葡萄牙，南隔直布罗陀海峡与非洲的摩洛哥相望，海岸线长约7800公里。境内多山，是欧洲高山国家之一。 西班牙是个资源丰富、经济发达的国家，其园艺业在世界上占有重要地位；同时也是葡萄、油橄榄和柑桔的大产区；其沿海盛产沙丁鱼。西班牙的旅游业相当发达，有“旅游王国”的美称。西班牙人具有开朗活泼的天性，喜好唱歌跳舞，这个国家以热情的民族性著称于世。斗牛活动是西班牙的国粹，优秀的斗牛士是整个国家尊崇的英雄。

葡萄牙位于欧洲西南的伊比利亚半岛西部，东部和北部与西班牙相接壤，西部和南部濒临大西泮，另有位于大西洋中的亚达尔群岛和马德拉群岛。气候宜人，有丰富的动植物资源。

Spain is located in southwestern Europe on the Iberian Peninsula. It borders the Bay of Biscay to the north, Portugal to the west, and faces Morocco across the Strait of Gibraltar to the south. With about 7,800 km of coastline and many mountains, it’s one of Europe’s most mountainous countries. Spain has a strong economy and rich natural resources. It is a major global producer of fruits, olives, citrus, and sardines. Known as the “Kingdom of Tourism,” Spain is famous for its lively culture, love of music and dance, and the traditional practice of bullfighting.

Portugal lies in the western part of the Iberian Peninsula, bordering Spain to the east and north, and the Atlantic Ocean to the west and south. It also includes the Azores and Madeira islands in the Atlantic. Portugal has a mild climate and abundant plant and animal life.
